Refund policy

At Good News Sticker Club, we want you to love every delivery. We care deeply about serving our members well. If there's ever a problem with your order, please reach out. We'll do our best to make it right.

Because our products are printed materials and subscription items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@goodnewsstickerclub. We'll gladly replace the item or make it right.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next month's shipment, cancellations must be made before the 20th of the month. Cancellations made on or after the 20th will take effect for the following month's shipment.

Because we begin preparing and printing each month's products in advance, we cannot issue refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
